Hexagonal Gabions

The hexagonal Gabion cage technology has four advantages:

•  Wire diameter: There are three wire diameters for Gabions - mesh wire, edge wire, and tie wire

    √  The edge wire is generally larger than the mesh wire, 0.5-1.0mm thicker than the mesh wire

    √  Tie wire is generally smaller than mesh wire, the most common is 2.2mm

•   Wire tension: not less than 38kg/m2 380N/mm

•  Surface treatment

    √  Electro-galvanized. The zinc content is 10g/m2. Poor corrosion resistance

    √  Hot-dip galvanizing. The amount of zinc can reach 300g/m2. Strong corrosion resistance

    √  Galfan (zinc aluminum alloy). This is divided into two materials, zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy steel wire, and zinc-10% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire. Super corrosion resistance

    √  PVC coated. The thickness of the plastic wrap is generally 1.0mm thick, for example: 3.7mm after wrapping 2.7mm. Strong corrosion resistance

    √  Polyester Gabions

Polyester gabion net is a newly developed non-polluting, corrosion-resistant, anti-ultraviolet, and new environmentally friendly material. It is a hexagonal net woven by twisting polyester threads.

Polyester thread is a product that has better performance than iron wire and steel wire.
